Costumes and Location Scouting

I got the costumes this weekend.  Thanks to the generosity of Gia.  I truly owe her alot.  The costumes are wonderful.  I am going to clean them and take photos of them.  That will take some time, so you have to wait on that one.

Location wise I found some great possible locations for the flat plain, hillside.
This would be from Brad's POV.  Obviously the trees would be Roto'd out etc. and it would be placed in a Matte Painting.

This is the flat plain hillside from the reverse POV. and it would be placed in a Matte Painting.

Now to get permission.  Many prayers are needed!!!

I've been in the Jungle with the Gorilla

For the past two days I have been organizing the schedule of my production on Gorilla.  No I don't have to do it for this project, but I am a producer by trade and I can't work if everything is not organized.  Once everything is in Gorilla It's like having an on-set assistant.  I have  every element of the production readily accessible and organized.  A challenging program to learn, but worth it - www.junglesoftware.com

New Script

The advice I have gotten has been to focus on the motivation that moves my story and tying all the elements together.  I had purposely cut a lot of elements out.  to keep the script short.  Now I will but in some of the backstory and really try to make everything work together.  Mike Cushny also recommended I watch a great movie called " The Eternal Sunshine of a spotless Mind"  A totally different type of film, from what I want to do, but very unconventional and freeing.  It was refreshing and helpful. The final script I will start with is now posted.  It is long, because I broke each scene up for shooting purposes and camera work.

New Proof of Concept Still

Well I used the test Footage to create Proff of Concept Stills.    The Background images are just photos but it does convey the idea of what I want to create.
